cleanout is a pipe, a riser with a top that ties
service line to utility’s lateral that allows
access to the sewer lateral attached to the main.
In the event of a sewer backup, it makes the line
accessible. Without a cleanout it is impossible
to clean the line. These cleanouts come in various
configurations and sizes. We have few most commonly
